Please contact us via email before sending your return through. In your email, please state clearly;

- The reason for the return

- Your name, order number and/or email address

We only accept returns for the following reason(s):
- The customer ordered the wrong product or size
- The merchant shipped the wrong product or size

We recommend returns be sent through with tracking. Send your package to;

Please ensure all goods arrive in their original state. Goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resale-able condition including tags, stickers, boxes etc. In the case that your items are returned without the original packaging, we will not be able to process your return.

The return process may take up to 7-15 working days. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Please note: we are unable to accept any returns with dust/fluff/ and/or cologne/perfume.

Please keep a copy of your receipt of proof of shipment for any returns back to Missing Asset.
